Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the AdvisorOps website at advisorops.ai (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Use of the AdvisorOps software itself is governed by a separate pilot or service agreement.

In short.

1. About us

The Site is operated by AdvisorOps. You can contact us at hello@advisorops.ai.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Site only. Taking part in a pilot, or otherwise using the AdvisorOps software, is governed by a separate agreement between your firm and us; if there is any conflict, that agreement governs the software.

3. What AdvisorOps is & isn’t

AdvisorOps is an operational case-preparation tool for mortgage broker firms. It turns transcripts, notes, and documents into structured, draft outputs (such as case summaries, missing-item checklists, and review flags) that require human review.

It is not a mortgage adviser, a mortgage recommendation engine, a lender sourcing platform, an affordability or suitability tool, a CRM, or a substitute for professional judgement. Nothing it produces is advice, a recommendation, an approval, or a decision. Content on the Site is general information and is not professional, financial, legal, or regulatory advice.

4. Using the Site

5. Pilot programme

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance into the pilot or create any obligation on us to provide the software. Pilot features, availability, and outputs may change as the product develops, and any pilot is subject to its own written terms (including data-processing terms).

6. Your responsibilities

Any information you submit must be accurate and either your own or provided with appropriate authority and a lawful basis. You are responsible for reviewing any draft outputs and for any decisions you or your firm make. You remain responsible for your own regulatory and professional obligations.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, branding, and design are owned by AdvisorOps or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.

8. Third-party services

The Site links to or relies on third-party services (for example, scheduling, forms, and analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services or their content, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and your mandatory local consumer rights are unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these terms or change, suspend, or withdraw the Site (or parts of it) from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we change these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your own country.
